Saventoravo B.V. ('Saventoravo', 'we' or 'us') values the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy explains which data we process, why we process it, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data we process
When you sign up for our Eco newsletter we process your name and your email address. We also process technical data such as anonymised IP addresses and general visitor statistics, solely to improve our website.
3. Why we process this data
We use your data to send you the newsletter, to improve the readability of our articles, and to comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties and we do not use advertising tracking.
4. How long we keep your data
Your newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter. Anonymised statistics are kept for a maximum of 26 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your personal data. Requests can be sent to info@saventoravo.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption and strict access control within our team.
7. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new 'last updated' date.
